Tournaments
Creating, publishing and entering an event is free. After the event, the organiser pays Routte a share of the entry fees the clubs were charged.

One charge on the organiser's Routte invoice for the month the event ends. Events created before 20 Oct 2026 keep their earlier price: $ 0.30 for each athlete, paid by the club or team that enters them.
Online payments
When members pay club invoices online through Routte, a small fee is added for each successful payment. The payment provider's own charges apply as set by them. There is no Routte fee on tournament entry fees paid online.

Questions about pricing
Who pays for a tournament?
The organiser. After the event, Routte charges 3% of the entry fees the clubs were charged, less waivers and refunds, and at least $ 0.30 for each athlete entered@endif. It appears on the organiser's Routte invoice for the month the event ended. Clubs and teams that enter athletes pay Routte nothing.
What if my event has no entry fee, or I collect fees outside Routte?
Then the minimum applies: @if ($perAthlete !== null)$ 0.30 for each athlete entered.
Do I need a club plan to run a tournament?
No. Tournaments never need a subscription. Club plans are only for the club tools: members, attendance, fees and portals.
What happens after 31 Dec 2027?
Nothing is charged for club plans until that date. After it, the price of your plan applies and the Free plan stays free. Clubs that joined Routte before 20 Oct 2026 keep their club plan free until 31 Dec 2028.
Can I collect tournament entry fees through Routte?
Yes. Each club gets a fee statement for your event. You can record cash and bank transfers yourself, or let clubs pay online if you connect a payment provider.
