Organisers
How do I start a tournament?
Create a free account, open Tournaments and choose Create Tournament. Add the date, venue and categories, set your entry fees, then publish. Publishing gives the event its public page and opens registration.
How do clubs register their athletes?
Share your event page. Coaches and clubs sign in with a free account and register their athletes until your deadline. You can still correct entries yourself after it closes.
When do athletes' names become public?
When you publish the draws, or when their bout comes up on a ring's public scoreboard on the day. Before that the public page shows only the number of clubs, athletes and categories. Medal tables fill in as categories finish.
How do referees and judges join?
Send referees your event's referee registration link and approve them. On the day they open Routte Judge on their phone and scan the QR code of their ring.
Who runs the chief judge console?
Give the ring's operator link to the referee you choose as chief judge. They sign in with their own account, and only approved referees can open it.
Coaches and team managers
Does it cost anything?
A team account is free. The fee per athlete entered appears on your Routte invoice, and the organiser's entry fees on your fee statement for the event.
How do I follow my athletes on the day?
Scan the QR code on your official's pass to open the Routte app. It lists your athletes by who is on now and up next, and can send you notifications.
I entered an athlete in the wrong category.
Change it yourself while registration is open. After the deadline, ask the organiser to move the entry.
Judges
Do I have to type my password every time?
No. Set a PIN in Routte Judge and use it on your own phone. Your password is only needed again on a new phone, or after you change it.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the Routte Judge sign-in page. A link to set a new one is sent to your email.
Athletes and parents
Where can I see results?
Search for the athlete by name or competitor number on the Athletes page, or open the event and choose Results.
A name or club is wrong.
Ask the coach or club that entered the athlete, or the event's organiser. They can correct it.
